"Pros: Adequate parking. Easy, interior and exterior access to first floor rooms. Great AC. Great windows - love the shutters. Good coffee machine in lobby, but…see below. Great pools. Great walking along the water and free airshow as F-18s take off from North Island. Always a thrill. Walking distance to great restaurants and activities. Quick drive to anything else. Great room views no matter which side you’re on, but best from upstairs. Great shower water pressure soap, shampoo, etc. Comfy...

"The breakfast was great. Friendly staff. There is a parking garage, but I was able to park in the handicapped parking in the front. Easy check in. The room was so clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. They also had a microwave and a fridge. "

"The rooms were a little run down (i.e., terrible mattresses, peeling paint on doors, sliding door that didn’t want to open). The property was beautiful and walkable but unfortunately did not have assigned parking which put your car potentially across the entire property from where your room was. The restaurant was okay but more expensive than the quality of food. But it was close to Belmont park and Mission Bay and the beach. Overall it was a lovely stay."

"It was well located for concert venue. Clean room inside. No room service if you are staying less then 3 days. We stood 2 nights. The building and walkways are grimy, too filthy outside, I recommend a good power wash. Did not have breakfast but i know it was basic. We got back late on Saturday night and there was no parking. We had to park next to shipping containers. If you can look pass some of the issues noted it ok."
