"The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasn’t the design or the facilities it was the staff.
Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what I’d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything I’ve experienced at hotels in either region.

"The breakfast was superb. Not the buffet style, you typically get but you get 2 options and it's made to order. The staff were very accommodating in providing keys for late check in as reception closes at 2030. The room is just gorgeous. It's very spacious, big and have a beautiful ocean view with the ability to soak in the tub outside. Would really love to come back here again next time I'm back in Jeju "
