"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. "Leiligheten var helt ok, hyggelig vert som gjorde sitt beste. Hytten samsvarte ikke med forventingen på hotels.com. Her var det utsikt til en byggeplass, ingen all inklusiv.Verten kom med det du ønsket å lage mat av selv, og vi fikk en meny å bestille middag fra. Spasertur til stranden med få solsenger. Usikker på om bassenget i det hele tatt var i bruk. Billig massasje. "

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception .
