The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. "Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign.
