"Clean room and friendly staff, but there was rythemic bouncing noise overnight and could clearly hear people talking early in the morning. Curtain didn't close well and the AC was extremely loud. Didn't get good rest."

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"I didn’t even stay there as soon as we walked in the room there was a cockroach that was an impregnated cockroach. I asked the manager to cancel my room my reservation and he wouldn’t allow me to do that because I paid through a third-party app. Very disgusting offered me another room, but the fact that you have roaches is absolutely absurd."
