"Tv didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work and when I went to call office which was in separate building across the parking lot of a no good Area, the phone was dead. Desk clerk next morning couldn’t have cared less and said none of phones at property work. Stay away."

"Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged...

"The Dennys restaurant was closed. No breakfast. The pool was green and not maintained, weeds all over. The room needed updates. The bedsheets were clean. The floor was soooo dirty our feet/socks were black. I'm 77 yrs old and have traveled quite a bit and sorry to say this is the worse one I was in.!"

"Im giving a low rating in service due to these items: Didn't put coffee cups for in room coffee. after cleaning room left room lights on with curtains wide open, this enabled passerbers to see directly in our room-while we were gone. Toilet paper roll holder didn't hold Toilet paper on it. Other than that we love this hotel, been there several times and plan on going back. (With my own coffee mug)"

"A ok overall as the room had only two lamps, not bright enough, only one hanger, no straightening of the room on Thursday (7/16/‘26) even though I left the room before 9:30 am & took off the “no disturb” sign, noisy until well around 2:30 am, etc — took photos & video of the room before I left."

"King room, mattress needs to be replaced. bathroom shower walls, need updated. Could see outside at bottom of the door. I could hear the people next door talking."
