"This room was clean and perfect for a night's stay to watch a game at Cheney and not have to drive. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again. "

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive. My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my...

"Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear."

"Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "

"The front desk clerk was absolutely sweet. It has great parking and the room was clean. The only thing that I would say that I had an issue with was when asking for extra linen the front desk person didn’t have a key. The only person that has a key is the housekeeper and they were gone for the day so she wasn’t able to get any linen. And the TV the TV was difficult to understand due to it also having a Amazon fire stick, but it didn’t really wanna connect too much of anything."
