"The Beds and the sofa was so uncomfortable. Very dark inside specially in the Livingroom areas. Shower curtains was such a disgusting as it kept on sliding to the side and the water was going all over the floor. Happy hour, bar staff was rude and he had an attitude and wasn't even smiling and kept on telling people hurry up. We went 1st day for happy hour and didn't even bother going back on second day specially with that kind of attitude staff. I booked there to celebrate my daughters bday and we booked 2 rooms. My brothers families were not even happy cuz their room room made so much issues such as water leaking. Staffs shouldn't be renting the rooms even its not in a good condition as we paid lots of money per night. "

"Very good hotel, loved that you can catch a free shuttle to Tulalip Casino, very comfortable and convenient, good location, near many restaurants and grocery store across the street. Breakfast was pretty decent as well for continental. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Resort at Port Ludlow. The staff was very friendly, and we loved our meal at the on-site restaurant. "

"The room was very clean. The only issue that I saw was that several people emptied their car ash trays in the trees by the ebtrance doors."

"The shower was set up for a handicapped person, so the shower head was chest level. The shade over the widow would not full extend so we had bright lights coming thru the window all night."

"Property was very dirty. Pool very nasty . My bathroom was moldy , had scum everywhere, hair from previous guests. Carpet was smelly , and it wasn’t the humidity it was just nasty. What made if ok was the staff, just the person by the breakfast buffet was on her phone with some earbuds and ignoring a guest that requested something.. felt bad for those people.."
