"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"From the second we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcoming. Matt was very kind and gave us all the information we needed without having to ask. He was very courteous and professional. He even took the time to tell us how great the breakfast was and we couldn’t help but try it out. We stayed there for over a week and had to had the breakfast every morning. The burrito especially. "Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...
