"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

My family and I have stayed on this property before and always enjoyed our stays. When we tried to ask for a late check out time, it was quite ridiculous. Being that Hilo does NOT have very many hotel options, they are either very pricey or affordable with very few in between, Reedʻs Bay Hotel has gained our hearts with our last stay. The view from our window was gorgeous overlooking the water on one side, the pool was clean and inviting, the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was absolutely convenient....
