"I was very pleased with this resort. My favorite part was the private lagoon area. I had a partial ocean view room that was lovely. Listening to the ocean waves as I fell asleep was memorable. My only peeve was: I walked to town specifically to grab a coffee then enjoy breakfast at the resort. The waitress told me I could not have an outside drink. She was quite rude. I ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Not a big deal but I think that was a bit excessive. Other than one rude staff member all...
"Only thing I liked was AC in the room and the view. You pay so much money for a decent room and doesn't offer breakfast is crazy. 1 elevator working for over 10 story floors not the business. The worst part they charge you for a parking fee a night 45 dollars for valet parking. 15 to park it yourself outrageous. And we have to walk back and fourth in the rain from the parking lot. Housekeeping very stingy with the towels and toilet paper."
"Everything about the place was beautiful. The room was beautiful. It was comfortable. The view was wonderful we had a view of the ocean and of the golf course, the minor birds. The nay neighbors left the door open and the birds came into the room. It was very cool. The walk was amazing. We actually walked 7 mi in one day. It was pretty cool"
"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "
"Great location! Everything was very close by. The pool and the beach were excellent. Snorkeling at the beach was ok but it gets better if you go further out. Our room had an issue with ants during our trip. The hotel just sent housekeeping over but the ants kept coming. Also my beach front view was blocked by a big tree and it was also very noisy in some mornings with the gardeners. Despite all of this, I still had a great time in Kona! There are some great beach parks within a 10-15 mins...
