"The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!"

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Nice big room. A bit eclectic i, but very clean and comfortable. Although there is no A/C it was cool enough at night that it wasn't necessary as long as there was a fan blowing. Still, It felt quite humid and towels, etc did not dry out. It was very nice to have a good coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave, plus a couple place settings with metal utensils.
