"The resort was absolutely stunning and we had a blast hanging out at the pool. Our room was spacious and we had a view of wild goats passing by. It was amazing! My only complaint was that we requested clean sheets on one of the beds and a few extra towels and it was never done. I decided to wash them myself and the washer was complicated to figure out. I stayed up late waiting for my sheets. For such a nice resort it was a little disappointing."

"many things to like about this resort but also few criticisms too. A big highlight that was beneficial to our stay was the complimentary refillable water bottles. There are many refillable water stations throughout the resort and we took them out everyday around the island. Another amenity is the free shuttle rides throughout the Mauna Lea district for food options or entertainment. I did like the proximity to a private beach for snorkeling and/or swimming. "Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"I’ve stayed here twice and this hotel is really special! The downtown shopping and restaurant area, is literally right there…you can walk to everything from this hotel. The property itself, is lovely — with lots shops, an ABC store, coffee shop, restaurant, as well as pool, bar and small beach. For me, the best thing is all the beautiful artwork and history surrounding King Kamehameha, his family and heirs. Hawaii has a rich history, and it’s on display at this hotel! The rooms are...
