"We stayed at this hotel for three days, and while the location is absolutely fantastic—close to plenty of dining options and shopping areas—the experience was sadly let down by our rooms. We booked three rooms, and all of them were on the ground floor, right next to the swimming pool. The humidity level near the pool area is extremely high, and as a result, all three rooms had a very noticeable mildew/musty smell. "Overall there was a friendly and good feel to the property in the checkin and lobby area. When we got to our room thiugh it was a different story! There was wall paper peeling off of the walls in certain areas. The decor was very outdated and artwork seemed like they were gathered from the 1980’s. The carpet felt damp to the touch on bare feet. Lanai chairs were coming apart. Door to the room had at least a 1-inch gap on the floor. Lots of noise coming in from the hallway throughout the night....

"Beautiful stay, with 5 minute walk to snorkel and surf beach! Spacious room with beautiful shared spaces and the laundry option was nice to have. A little off the beaten path too which was perfect for my husband and I. 10/10 recommend."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "
