"The property is absolutely beautiful. From the ocean fed lagoon and pools to the huge art collection that spans the walkway.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Food is limited and expensive, but also good, just a bit overpriced.
The tram was broken down for 7 of our 10 days there, so a lot of walking was involved, and our A/C in our room needed to have the thermostat repaired almost daily."

"The room was cleaned but sand was never really swept off our floor completely, and we don't think they changed our sheets as it felt like there was sand in our sheets always. "Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Check in was slow about 20min with the agent. Didn't get my rooms till 15-30mins after check in time. Mind you check out is 10am. Female at Kona pool bar was rude. And they automatically add tip there for horrible customer service. Kona pool slide was broken the whole time. Only 1 tram was running so service was so slow. We normally love it here but this time was very different. Seems like the employees just dont care anymore. Very disappointing cause prices only increased."

"it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel.
