"Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again."

"I have stayed at this hotel three times over the past three years. The property is acceptable for a one- or two-night stay, but don’t expect too much from the breakfast. It is quite basic, and if the hotel is fully booked, it’s best to go early because the breakfast area can get very busy later in the morning. Some items, such as yogurt and boiled eggs, may run out. One thing I found unusual is that, on each of my stays, I was assigned an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities....

"The staff were very rude and when I fell because the floor was went and there was no wet floor sign they just told me be careful didn’t ask if I was ok and never put a wet floor sign out"

"Great stay but unruly neighbours were super loud at night and kept my tired kids and I awake. When I called front desk they said they would send someone, but doors kept slamming and one woman kept speaking so loudly 10pm to almost midnight. Very disappointed with security/staff because of this. Otherwise great location and beautiful hotel."
