"Everything was fantastic about the place with the exception of the lady that greeted us when we checked in. Never in all my travels have I been treated so rudely and dismissive as this woman who seemed upset that she had to deal with my daughters and I. Everyone and everything else was five star. I just chalked it up to she was having a bad day, but it was a real disappointing “welcome.”"

"AC didn’t work during our entire stay. Room was not cleaned at all, hair all over the bathroom floor. We were unable to sleep due to the heat in the room."
