"For the rooms facing the ocean, and the pool facing the water as well, if you can get a decent rate, it’s worth staying at. Don’t plan on decent food, but fortunately there are tons of restaurants nearby. I’m not saying the food was terrible. It just did not match the expectation of the property. The staff I give a five, I did have a couple difficult conversations, but that’s just how I am. Friendliness never an issue wonderful people. I think the limitations of what they can do is what caused...

"Kitchen staff were amazing. We really had a great food. But front desk and cleaning team were horrible. Imagine you’re staying at Ibiza sleeping late but 8 in the morning cleaning staff knocking doors making gossip about their coworkers loudly. Very poor management. Property is located very nice spot to access sea."

"The rooms were quiet and clean great location to marina and restaurants in Ibiza town. Front desk service was top tier Carlos was very helpful with information not only about local areas and attractions but other locations in Spain as well. Staff and service is worth the stay."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Didn’t get us in our room until 4pm, the room they put us in had no working AC and they had to move us to another room at 12:30am in the night because of this, keep in mind I paid for a sea view room on top floor and they put us on the ground floor! Then this same ground floor room had mosquitoes everywhere even the cleaning staff felt bad for us & to say sorry they just gave us a bottle of champagne lol."
