Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietĆ”ria deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hĆ³spedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiĆŖncia na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que Ć© prometido nĆ£o corresponde ao que realmente Ć© entregue "

"O quarto Ć© razoĆ”vel, porĆ©m a limpeza debaixo da cama deixa a desejar, estava cheia de poeira. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ poderia ser melhor, estava mal organizado, faltava colher para mexer o cafĆ©, talher para comer...as porƧƵes eram pequenas para servir todo mundo na mesa e tinhamos que esperar a reposiĆ§Ć£o ao sentar na mesa. Apesar disso o atendimento foi bom, sĆ£o bem atenciosos."
