"Everything was good. But I just want to particularly mention about the receptionist who checked me in, the girl with the highlighted hair, I feel like her attitude needs to be a lot more professional, and customer centric. Maintaining eye contact and a friendly personality should be a 101 as long as the reception area is concerned. Otherwise very good experience."

"On our first night, we were checked into a room that should not be sold. The wallpaper was falling off. There were tiles loose in the bathroom. The mattress was severely uncomfortable and creaky, and the AC barely working. We were told the hotel was completely sold out and we could not switch rooms the next morning. I went downstairs to request a renovated room and it was great so my review is mixed because they did end up making things right but to think I paid almost $400 for that first room...
