"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Staybridge Suites Naples for 2 nights, and honestly, it was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had! The hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room had everything we could possibly need, including a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen. I especially loved that they provided all the essentials, including soaps, lotions, body washes, and other thoughtful amenities. Everything felt clean, convenient, and like a home...

"Unfortunately, our one-night stay was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, and even though we were a family of four, we were only given two pool towels. The towels in our room were damp, and the shower constantly changed from hot to cold with an extremely strong spray that was uncomfortable on the skin. The hallways also had a strong chlorine smell in the morning. We arrived just a few minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m....
