"This hotel was highly rated in all aspects but did not live up to majority of its standards. We arrived about 2015 hours as our flight was delayed, upon arrival we did not receive a welcome drink (Expedia said we should be receiving) and we were starving so we asked if the restaurant was open on the hotel as we just wanted to eat and relax after a long day of travel. The front desk said yes and the last serving is at 2100. we headed straight there before even heading upstairs to the room, once...

"In unit washer and dryer was very useful! The AC and dehumidifier were perfect touches for the hot and humid weather."

Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village."
