"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at...

"My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Checking in was a hassle due to a wrong number listed for the hotel reception in the information provided. However, the location more than made up for it. Elephant Beach, right next to the rental room, is the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion. The room itself was quite basic, but the views were fantastic. While there was a lot of traffic noise near the room, I still believe the rooms were good value for the price"

"The host was great. He met me at the property. and gave me a list of restaurants and activities do around the area.. She was very pleasant and respectful.. The apartments were a good size with beautiful views out into the sea. It is convenient located and has a gas station just right up the street. The only minor things that I did not like was the fact that you had to hold the shower wand versus it be mounted on the wall and the place could really use a microwave. I would stay there again and I...

"Perla Suites is ideally located in Pollonia — about a 7-minute walk into town, so you get the quiet of being only just outside the village with everything still within easy reach. Dimitri, the manager, made my trip. His recommendations were fantastic and he couldn't have been more helpful. One thing worth knowing: the suites face the north side of the island, so the wind can bite on a windy day. That said, a 3-minute walk gets you to a south-facing beach that's much more sheltered. Overall,...

"It was very safe, quiet, and had free parking nearby since we rented an ATV. Everything we wanted to do was walkable."

"An idyllic location with a surprising amount of privacy and wonderful hosts! I don't think anyone could ask for more out of a vacation rental. Really just perfect in every way."

"New and clean. Nice breakfast brought to room each morning. Centrally located so easy to get anywhere by car, especially Sarakiniko, although driving the narrow roads of Milos is another story."
