"Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "

"Everything was really excellent at the property. We tried 3 restaurants (Lido, Panasia grill, and the main breakfast restaurant ) during our stay, and all restaurants had amazing food. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We could really feel their sincerity in wanting us to have a nice stay. "Arrival to the hotel was greeted by staff with a welcome drink. Checkin was smooth and slick, rooms are large and provide all simple amenities(kettle / tea coffee /fridge / water (paid mini bar if you would like) shower gels/soaps etc even a beach towel). Breakfast really nice, we actually enjoyed all the local dishes. Beer at the hotel is slightly over priced compared to outside the hotel grounds. (Almost double) we didn’t eat any other meal than breakfast so cannot comment on this. Staff...
