"Das Hotel ist umwerfend, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Das erste Mal zur Eröffnung und jetzt vier Jahre später. Die Zimmer sind umwerfend schön (Poolzugang), das Personal sehr herzlich, das Frühstück extrem lecker, frisch und man hat total viel Auswahl - von warmen bis hin zu kalten Speisen. Das rundum packet ist einfach herrlich. Wir haben uns erneut rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle und herzliche Gastfreundschaft! "

"Staff were brilliant Opur our chamber lady was lovely. Non and the restaurant team were friendly and conscientious and the sports chaps had us playing volleyball and playing with our kids. "

"Breakfast was limited and crowded. Drinks Menu at pool bar was very limited. Could Not order a cocktail that was not in the menu. Beach club food was sub par and riddled with birds that swooped on food constantly. Prices overall for food and drinks were way too expensive compared to other hotels in the Khao Lak area. Housekeeping looked understaffed and took until a call to reception at 5.40pm to get the room serviced. Didn’t hate the place but I’m sure I won’t be going back."

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....
