"The pool hours were not as they had said online and I am a swimmer I was not allowed to go into the pool. They were very stingy with their towels, and none of the staff speaks English, which is shocking for a large chain like that the older staff had no English experience I asked for to exchange my wet towel for a dry towel at the pool and I was literally treated like a criminal.
