"We stayed room No. 506. I can clearly hear the voices of other guests in the hallway and room service through the gap in the door. The door should be replaced."

"The room is clean and spacious for 2 people. There is a bit of issue in the bathroom but the staff came in to take care of it and the WiFi is good also. I like that there is a jug of water by the hallway where you can get hot or cold water. One thing I would like to improve is that it would be nice if there is a floor bath towel to avoid the floor being so wet. Thank you"
