"When going into the office we were greeted by the rudest person ever. Behind the desk was Carol she was rude not just to me but 2 other couples in different rooms. you left the office in tears with her mean and rude words, This was not my first visit to the resort but Carol made sure it would be my last,"

"Pros: The location is right off the high way. It was clean and breakfast options were good.
Con: When we arrived up front desk the clerk was fast asleep. He was not napping in back he legit was sitting in m at the front cover snoring. We said hello 7 xs my husband yelled hello 3 times after before he woke up. He proceeded to help us and not even apologize for the mishap. It was 7 pm unacceptable."
