"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path and read all the informational signs on the resort's considerable biological diversity. The resorts' views including the accessible spa also suggest what paradise might look like."

"Everything was awesome but the food could’ve some variation like the constant breaded fish was there and dried little fish,could’ve had the Toyo or bigger cheaper dried fish not the butterfly dried fish 😅just my preference kc you can get tink with the butterfly dried fish. Service was great thank you to the staff at the dining and entrance 💙makes me want to come back."

"The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees: Eh la- Front office Filamer & Johndry ( Azure) Wendell- room service Claire- Saffron Johnny- Conceirge Merba- Housekeeping Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have stayed longer. I promise to return and bring guests with me."
