"I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. Also, please include toilet papers in your amenities and always put two bathroom towels as your rooms are good for two people. The room rates are reasonable, so I will still be back as I always visit family back home every year. Overall experience is fantastic and that’s because of the staff. Keep them and give them a raise."

"I like the peace and tranquil surroundings staff were helpful friendly and obliging. Room was relatively clean bedsheets felt clean but do notice a few ants on used utensils; Aircon in the room is slightly noisy and the shower head water pressure was not strong enough. Food in restaurants can be better but breakfast is above average especially the eggs cooked in many ways. Overall we like our stay my husband like the kampong feel of the non AC lobby reminded him of the old days. I give it a good 4 stars."

"My only complaint is that there was far more debris in the popls this time around, and the private beach had far more trash than before. I hope the bizarre gets more items to sell soon. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The adventure we're perfect. The adventures were exciting."

"this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice. My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back."
