"The resort in one word - incredible. "

"A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. "

Now, I’m not talking about all staff, as many of the golf cart drivers we became chatty and friendly with, but the front desk staff in particular made us feel as though they were doing us a favor by simply asking basic questions like “could you call us a taxi?” or “I’d like to ask if there is availability for a late check out or to add an additional night”.
