"Property itself was lovely. Pool, rooms and additional sections like breakfast, spa, gym (and the World Cup on) was all amazing. Welcoming staff were great as well, only staff issue we found was at the poolside bar lunch spot, you would be waiting a long time to be served and often forgotten about. However lovely hotel. One thing to note; room was not wide enough for how long bed was so kept feeling too tight to get from one side of the room to the other, but very modern and had everything needed for a good stay."

"The location is amazing! We loved swimming in the sea steps away from our room. Beautiful water. The buffet food was delicious. I do recommend getting the dinner plan as it makes it so convenient. The room was very spacious for 3, a family of 4 would also be comfortable. Everything was clean, however you can see the age of the hotel and rooms if you look very close. My family thought it was perfect, but being that I’m the mom paying attention to the corners and door cleanliness, if you want new and pristine maybe check other places out. But we would definitely come back. Staff was also very helpful, minus a waiter at the bar my husband wasn’t very pleased with."

"A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here."

"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby. One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that. The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor. It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."

"Our room and balcony was huge and spotless. The AC worked perfectly, even with temps above 30C. The website worked great for requests and finding out about the amenities at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, especially compared to other breakfast buffets."

"Such a lovely hotel! Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice . Lovely to sit outside, with breakfast overlooking the sea. Staff were excellent. My room was very clean but quite small. It had a balcony but there was a lot of lovely greenery so did not really get the sun. The pools are quite small and the outdoor one chilly out of season!"

"Great stay... location is perfect with direct access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Room was very clean and all inclusive food package was adequate. If you rent a car, parking is the only challenge because the hotel does not have a parking garage"

"We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car"
