"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. "Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry."
