"This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. I never imagined how perfect everything would be during my vacation in Hyannis. The hotel staff deserves the highest praise. The hotel is very, very close to the harbor for trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket; you can walk from the hotel to the harbor and save $40.00 on parking. The restaurant area is just a block away. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms were very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par.
