My stay at this hotel was just okay overall. While the location was convenient, the property itself could definitely use better upkeep and attention to cleanliness. It appeared that one side of the hotel has been newly renovated with updated rooms, but unfortunately I was placed in an older section that felt worn and not as well maintained. That contrast made the experience more disappointing, as it was clear there were better accommodations available.
The customer service also left a lot to be desired. The employees were not particularly warm or accommodating, and interactions often felt more transactional than welcoming. What was most frustrating, however, was being double charged during my stay. I was told the issue would be corrected and that someone would follow up with me, but I never received a call or any resolution.
Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with the newer rooms, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service would make a significant difference in the guest experience.
