"The laundry facilities and communication regarding washing powder supplies had us on a late night mission searching for unnecessary supplies when due to bad communication was already at the reception. They don’t help you with coins for the machines either and directed us to go to a bank which was not open. Disappointed mostly with the unhelpful staff."

"The room was amazing, we got one with large windows, corner and higher floor. Not a lot of cabinet spaces for clothes, but that is okay because the spacious room made up for it. This was my daughter's favorite hotel between Quebec City and Toronto. The location is great. Definitely one we will return to if we come back."

Parking is a disaster and extremely expensive. Guests need to be informed first that they must check in first before accessing parking garage. There is limited parking up front so it cane be a pain.
The cost of parking is shameful. You are already charging for ppl to stay at the hotel, if your going to charge parking it should be at least half of for guests.
Pool and hot tub were okay, although pool is not heated. Also, guests should have to wear proper...
