"My twin room was spacious with a wee deck over the garden, Daily housekeeping was amazing. The buffet breakfast gave plenty of choices. There were plenty of options of activities within the resort, but a good location if you wanted to explore the area further. The staff were superb and so friendly - my face had a permanent smile."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Bali. Staff go out of their way for you and provide excellent customer service. Our room was lovely and clean was plenty of space. Housekeeping do an amazing job. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. During our stay we visited the Suku restaurant, staff here were extremely helpful and special meals were prepared for us. I would like to thank Dewi and Puto for their hospitality in the restaurant. Also a massive thank you to Rani at the front desk for arranging a special treat to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Plenty to do at the hotel with nearby attractions. We also visited the spa who provide a range of services at an extra cost but well worth it. If I ever come back to Bali again then this would definitely be the place to stay again."

"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."
