"Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. "Lembongan is a most wonderful island. We had a blast - Dinatah has two lovely pools and the cabins are lovely. Within walking distance to Mushroom Bay - on the 2nd day we hired scooters for $13/day. Everything we need was arranged including transfers and tours. A fab place to stay and will stay again"
