"Pool, views, gym, sauna, and overall vibe of the hotel is amazing. Right on Copacabana beach, amazingly convenient location. However, when we stayed there was ongoing construction going on; loud hammering, drilling, nonstop from early morning into the late evening. Would return and give 5 stars if/when that is finished. Also had a few issues with check out and room charges being messed up/confusion from the front desk worker. The manager was able to fix everything and comp us for one night, but...

"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."
