"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and my husband and I both love it! He uses the gym everytime we stay and he likes it. The bed is so comfortable! The parking is easy.
