Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Dinner at The Arbutus Room was a highlight of the weekend. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Thomas, our server, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and full of personality. He made the evening feel celebratory without ever being overbearing, and his service truly elevated our dining experience. Our spa treatments were equally memorable. We each enjoyed a Dead Sea Body Wrap including a mini facial and massage. The whole spa experience was calm, rejuvenating, and impeccably run.
