"We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again."

Great restaurant and wonderful food to accommodate my tastes and some easy Thai dishes that were just lovely. Naturally the staff was amazing! All of them were so friendly and remembered everything about me and my activities, room number and what I liked to eat for breakfast. It was so lovely to see their faces every morning for breakfast. Even the groundskeepers and other non hospitality...

"The staff were so rude. The manager had a staff member keep asking me when was I going to check out and I checked out at 8 am. It was very unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable."

"No coffee in the lobby early morning. I inquired staff told me to walk 600 m to seven eleven. Don’t get oceanfront; extremely loud 24 hours. No sleep three days. Car booked through them for the airport never showed up. Grab took two minutes and was 300 baht less. Short version I’d never consider staying here again. They have brought the worst of USA to Thailand dishes sitting in halls for days, pools closed all the time, broken elevator and no bellman to help carry bags upstairs. This is a dump"
