The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a junior suite which was nice, but the bathroom area was very cramped. Otherwise, it was very nice to be able to have the additional safe and nice patio to sit out on and enjoy the quite evenings. The pool area was excellent and the location was awesome to access the beach and all the vendors. Are looking to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay for the following reasons: it was close to the beach, local restaurants and 7-eleven to grab snacks. The staff were friendly and our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. Breakfast is the same everyday but has good options. We enjoyed the omelette bar particularly. Overall we really liked the location.

The property is nicely situated and near the beach. The pool is quite large and clean. The staff was accommodating too. Our room suffered from a stale smell from the A/C-easily avoided with routine cleaning. Breakfast was substandard - -especially compared to other venues in the area. We paid for a floor level pool access room, but it was too narrow for us to easily access due to the design. The bungalows would have been a better choice, as our upstairs guests were very noisy and stomped on the floor A LOT! Not much the property can do about that.

It’s very quiet outside. Environment is beautiful with a pool are. Inside is less nice than outside. Room is ok. But AC is old and noisy bathroom a little bit stink cuz of no window. Service is friendly standard Thai style. Generally good.

A great location so close to the entertainment scene but also only a few minutes' walk from the beach. But despite being so close to the nightlife it was like a quiet oasis in the middle of all hustle and bustle around. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and the rooms kept immaculately clean.

Staff was personable, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Good choice and good food. We very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Kamala. The only minor inconvenience was the fact that the in room safe was not bolted down. We felt it offered zero protection for our valuables.
