"The reception was the only quality about the property I will give a 5 star. The room was average. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The food experience was definitely sub par. It was repetitive, bland, and samey. How could fried plantains not be tasty? Most disappointing were the non responses. The Hotel reaches out by WhatsApp with a welcome and a departure message, asking you to respond, but you get no response to your message. After multiple messages commenting on a specific issue...

"The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430.
