"We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile."

"Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star"

"We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest.
And the entrance is a bit tricky. Which is located at the back of the building ( but I think this is not a big issue). You will easily find it.
Will stay here again in our...

"Very disappointed - not a luxury condo!
Sadly cleaning was not through and hair was left in the shower alongside large parts of the grout were stained with mildew.
Broken toilet seat in one bathroom- and the other had a bucket to catch the leak in the ceiling.
One bedroom had a socket hanging off the wall nearly which was alarming.
For a self catering apartment there was literally nothing to eat on or drink from - no glasses in the kitchen- and only one plate!!
Check in was a huge digital...

"Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"

"This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained."
