"This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. We only needed one night in order to attend a few graduation events and the Briar Inn far exceeded our expectations. "I booked this hotel at last minute while on a road trip. I honestly wish I could have stayed more than one night. I slept great. When I arrived to the hotel later in the evening I had a couple of issues which they were very quick to fix. I booked one of the rooms with a water view. It was beautiful and calming to wake up to. I would stay again! I felt safe, I found the room to be comfortable and quiet. "
