"room was really spacious, and clean - as was the rest of the hotel. all staff were helpful and kind. the only drawback was that the hotel is connected to a mall + conference spaces, so whilst i was there, the lobby was constantly overflowing with people, lift access, check in etc were slow as a result. not sure if its like that year round, but for the time that i was there, that was definitely a hassle."

"Overall stay was amazing! Location and breakfast selection were awesome, & the room was spacious. The only minuscule negative aspect was the scent of the lobby was not great, as on some days it had a sewerage scent. But you don’t spend much time in the lobby so it didn’t have any impact on our stay."
