"This was the smallest room I have ever seen for 2 people with 2 twin beds. The beds fill mainly the room. Not even space enough to move a suitcase around the beds. No chair or table. You literally have the bed and TV on the wall and that's it. Also not second toilet paper roll. Had to go get it myself. Bathroom was good. But towels had long black hair all over on it."

If you don’t use it, you’ll be still charged $35 a day. Ed Sheeran gives you two ticket of the Guten HAIM Museum or two hours like rental at the Central Park. Our room was 21st floor which has not been remodeled. Our room was clean, but furnitures were old. Great strong shower and very comfortable bed!"

"The hotel isn't in a great area - very industrial, a lot of litter. The room and bathroom are very basic. When I arrived I was told I had to provide a $100 cash deposit. I wasn't previously told this so I had no cash. They "conveniently" have an ATM in the lobby. $4 fee."

"The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I literally chose to come stay here because of the bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t see past the horrible front desk experience. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. The room I was promised was not what I was given. The lady tried to gaslight me and manipulate the situation. People think I’m extremely young but I’m not and try to treat me poorly based on my appearance. Save yourself the headaches and don’t book here. Here’s the list of things that were not working: the TV wouldn’t go any louder than like a quarter of the volume, there was no refrigerator unless you want to pay $10 per day, there’s one microwave on a certain floor, the noise from the street and sirens at all hours of the day and night, and the food gave me food poisoning. This was my first impression of Harlem and it’s not a good one."
