"The room was clean and perfect for our trip. Having it so close to the subway entrance was super helpful we didn’t take a single Uber the whole trip. There were cute coffee shops, spas, organic grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were all kind and helpful. They make a point to be a more sustainable hotel and you can actually see proof of that in a bunch of little ways that I appreciated while staying there."

"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."

"They had lotion, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff was 24/7 which made me feel safe and they were very friendly and helpful. The queensboro plaza train station is super close and walkable so it made it super easy to get around. I would stay here again. I felt uneasy by the patio but that’s because it looked different than what I’m used to so I didn’t spend as much time out there as I thought I would"

"I loved the view of our room. Room was clean. Close walk to the subway. Only thing I didn't like was the motion sensor lights by the door. Sometimes they would go off in the middle of the night. But I would stay again."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel ! I stayed there from June 5- June 10, 2026. The staff were really helpful to me especially Kathy. The only thing I would point out is when the water runs out from the lobby they need to fill it more often. Especially in this humid weather."

"Very good location, close to queensboro plaza subway station. Subwaytracks right across hostel, so if you're bothered by noise this might be an issue. Provided blankets unfortunately rather thin. Otherwise pretty okay, taking the price into account great even. Would visit again."
