"I had a four-hour drive to get to this hotel, and unfortunately my experience upon arrival was very disappointing. The front desk staff were rude when I was trying to explain a situation that I was confused about. Instead of listening and helping, the front desk manager put his hand in my face, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. "The property was clean, well appointed, just what we needed. Our suite had a microwave, dishes, silverware, cups and mugs and a toaster. We were able to make allergy friendly breakfasts and lunches which saved us. The property is about a 10 minute walk to the subway which was good during the day, but I wouldn’t do that in the evening.
