"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good."

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"The hotel itself is very nice! The staff was amazing, everything felt very clean, and I loved the convenient area where you could find everything you needed. However, when I booked, I didn’t see any reviews mentioning the location or noise, so I had no idea what to expect in that regard. The nearest subway station is in a pretty rough area, and the hotel is right next to an industrial building that operates overnight and makes loud metal banging noises throughout the night. Between the constant...

"Nice room with crisp linens. Very comfy. The sink in the bathroom was weirdly small but the shower was big and nice. Only downside about this hotel is the further walk to the subway."

"Clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast was not as expected. No real 1/2 & 1/2 or Splenda for coffee, breakfast sausage not flavorful, set up of breakfast not smooth traffic flow."

"When we got to the property the person on staff was so helpful and kind and courteous. He was the most courteous person I've experienced in the past couple years at different hotels. I don't know his name but it was on Sunday October 25th in the evening. And then in the morning at 4:00 a.m. October 26th the person on staff was equally as kind and courteous and helpful. If I come back in that area I will come back this hotel it was clean and very comfortable and a beautiful view from the 6th...

"Near the subway"

"very clean and the view was lovely, just didn’t like that they only had cable on the TV"

"The room was simply not clean enough for the price. There were deposits of dust in various areas including on the walls above eye level. The skirt of the bed was dirty and had stains. Additionally there was loud music played into the night that was audible through the whole hotel from the bar. When asked what time it would stop hotel staff wasn't able to provide an answer and said sorry for the inconvenience. The room was also lit entirely by fluorescent white style bulbs, so if you're looking...

"Our stay was very pleasant. We stayed for 6 days five nights- our rooms were cleaned every day and they offered complimentary breakfast. Their staff was always welcoming and helpful."

"Super Lage! Sehr nah zu 3 Subway Stationen. Einkaufs- und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mega Blick aus dem Zimmer im 15. Stock. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und hellhörig. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft sehr dreckig mit Resten vom Vormieter! Aber es lag ein Putzlappen im Zimmer, sollte ich das Zimmer selber bei Ankunft reinigen??? Der Lappen lag auch nach einer Woche noch! Das ist sehr schade. Gesaugt wurde 1x in unseren 7 Tagen. Der Aufzug hat geklebt und war schmierig und...

"Loved it! I recommend!"
