"Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there."

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"Everything was great, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, smiling, and caring — I almost felt like I was at home. The location is excellent, in a really good area. The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Property is located in a great neighborhood called Long Island city. Great vibe. Great New York style pizzeria 2 blocks away, around the corner has a great Latin food restaurant called mama’s. Close Queens bourough bridge. I walked across into manhattan. I will come back to go to a Mets game"

"The hotel was clean and was only a 10min walk to the subway, but everything else was not a good experience. The rooms are much smaller than pictured and was nearly impossible for 4 people, the room basically has space for the two beds and that's it. The worst part was the staff, we had an on-going issue of the room below ours having a screaming argument that came through the vents loud and clear, we called front desk and got hung up on multiple times and when we continued to call because we...

"The room was tiny but clean. The communal bathroom was very well maintained. The hotel was very centrally located for what we wanted to do. Air conditioning was perfect. Staff was great. We will stay again but next time bigger room on the ground floor."
